Customer computer was running slowly so custoemr reboot her computer. When customer restarted the computer she had not access to the internet. Customer is on a desktop and other people are not have connectivity issues.

Customer needs additional ring tones
The pre-installed ring tones are not working as needed resulting in missed calls. For example: one ring tone only rings once and stops, others ring only twice. This is a work stoppage.

11OCT Everyone with a landline phone number has experienced their fair share of wrong number calls. We seem to get an inordinate amount of them. This is my neverending list of places I do not work for. 1. Gas station on Elliston (asked by some very loud lady who was quite possibly busy yelling at her children while attempting to ask me if we were the gas station on Elliston.)
